I came across these two crows silhouetted against the sky 

on my daily walk with the pups. 

I think it's a good omen for the start of the new year.

This gorgeous, mind-boggling display of blown glass by artist Dale Chihouly is in the ceiling of the Bridge of Glass  at the Tacoma Museum of Glass in Washington. I stared up at it, head back, and slack-jawed until my neck hurt. Amazing!
